-Resource Recovery Systems. As President,
Liddy grew this pioneering recycling operations
firm to over 1,000 employees and $20 Million in
revenues. Liddy's team established recycling
factories in partnership with government
entities in Connecticut, New York, Michigan,
Florida and Georgia. Sold to Casella
(NASDAQ: CWST).

-Netkey, Inc. As founding CFO and Sales
Manager, raised over $15 Million in Institutional
VC. Spearheaded Enterprise Software Sales to
leading financial institutions.

-Morgan Stanley Investment Bank (New York).
As VP, assisted in over 50 M&A and IPO
transactions.

-Education: MBA, Yale School of Management

Managing Director- Alex Richardson

Prior experience includes:

-Netkey, Inc. With over 20 years experience in
technology, Alex created the vision for
Enterprise Self Service and built the
organization to bring that vision to fruition. As
Founder and CEO, Alex led the team to raise
over $20 Million in venture financing to fund the
company's operation. He established Netkey's
software development center, its operational
management team, recruited both its Board
and Advisory Board of Directors, and
established its worldwide direct and indirect
sales organization. He also established the
company's IP (Intellectual Propery) program,
which has resulted in three (3) patents and
numerous copyrights. (Alex is co-holder of two
multi-channel tech patents.)

Alex's team also won over 40 industry awards
including Top 100 InfoWorld Magazine Award
for Technology, Frost and SullivanÂ’s
Engineering Award, and Kiosk MagazineÂ’s
Gold Software Awards. Clients include major
retailers (Target, JC Penney), automotive
(BMW), banks (Fidelity, Bank of America, Wells
Fargo), media (AOL), goverment (USPS) and
technology firms (IBM, Microsoft).

Alex is a member of its Board of Directors.
